How the pricing works
One number per plan. The per-player price counts ONLY rostered players on teams with active recurring billing — it does NOT count event registrations, camps, clinics, tryouts, or parents in your database who aren't on an active team. Event registrants are always unlimited and always free, on every plan. If your per-player total is below the plan minimum, you just pay the minimum — which also means event-only operators pay a flat $49 (Unlimited) or $249 (Pro) with no per-player charges at all. And on the free plan there's no per-player fee at all — one team of fifteen on monthly dues pays PlayFuel exactly $0 in subscription.

A small convenience fee (approx. 3.9% + $0.30) is added to each parent payment. Your club keeps 100% of what you charge.
