Your club trusts you with their families' information. We take that responsibility seriously.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. PlayFuel never stores credit card numbers on its own servers. All sensitive payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

Data Protection

Club data and family data are encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security and regularly review our security measures.

Data Ownership

Clubs own their data. PlayFuel does not sell, rent, or share club or family data with third parties. Full details are available in our Terms & Conditions.

Account Security

Admin accounts are protected by secure authentication. We recommend strong, unique passwords for all accounts. Our authentication infrastructure is built on Auth0, a leading identity platform.
