Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. PlayFuel never stores credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.
Data Protection
Club data and family data are encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security and access controls.
Data Ownership
Clubs own their data. PlayFuel does not sell, rent, or share club or family data with third parties for any purpose. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Children's Privacy
PlayFuel collects limited information about minor athletes (name, age, team assignment, emergency information) solely for club administration purposes. All information about minors is provided by parents or club administrators — never by children directly. We comply with COPPA and applicable children's privacy laws. Account Security
Admin accounts are protected by secure authentication. We recommend strong, unique passwords for all accounts.
